Ecology, Economy and Society—the INSEE Journal is an open access bi-annual peer reviewed journal of the Indian Society for Ecological Economics (INSEE).EES offers authors a forum to address socio-environmental issues from, across and within the natural and social sciences. Ecological Economics Journal metrics provide extra insight into three aspects of our journals – impact, speed and reach – and help authors select a journal when submitting an article for publication. Ecological economics is still struggling with this question, and there are no satisfactory answers yet. But of all the conventional and heterodox schools of economic thought, ecological economics is the only one poised to address the problems of human survival in the coming centuries.
